Welcome to the New North Greenhouses Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support and engagement.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment

Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals who are residents of Canada and are at least 18 years of age.

Enrollment: To join the Program, you must create an account through our official website or in-store. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is necessary to become a member.

Account Responsibility: Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding their account credentials.
2. Earning Points

Qualifying Purchases: Members earn points on qualifying purchases made in-store or online. Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts or promotions.

Non-Qualifying Items: Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards, services, or other items as specified by New North Greenhouses.

Posting of Points: Points will be posted to your account within 72 hours of the qualifying purchase.
3. Redeeming Points

Redemption Options: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, or other rewards as specified by New North Greenhouses.

Redemption Process: To redeem points, members must present their membership information at the time of purchase or log into their account when shopping online.

Restrictions: Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Points Expiration and Account Inactivity

Points Expiration: Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned if there is no account activity.

Account Inactivity: If a member's account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, New North Greenhouses reserves the right to deactivate the account and forfeit any remaining points.
5. Program Changes and Termination

Modification of Terms: New North Greenhouses reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Notification: Any changes to the Program will be communicated through our website or via email to active members.

Termination: In the event of Program termination, members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining points.

Non-Transferability: Points and membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other accounts.

Fraud and Abuse: Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program may result in the forfeiture of points and termination of membership.
