The New North Greenhouses website (the "Site") is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals interested in gardening, landscaping, and home improvement products and services. You may browse our site, shop our products, register for workshops, and participate in promotions and newsletters, provided that you do not violate any of the terms outlined herein.

3. Orders and Payments

5. Workshop Registration

We offer seasonal workshops and events at our greenhouse location. When registering for a workshop:

  • Pre-registration and full payment are typically required to reserve your spot.
  • Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit; cancellations made after this period may not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or rescheduled date.

6. E-Commerce Store Policies

Product Availability

Product availability is updated regularly, but may not reflect real-time inventory. We do our best to fulfill all online orders as requested, but substitutions may occur, especially for seasonal items.

7. Loyalty Program

Our optional Loyalty Program is designed to reward frequent customers with exclusive offers, discounts, and early access to sales and events. Program details are as follows:

  • Membership is free and can be joined in-store or online.
  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed in-store only (unless otherwise specified).
  • Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined across accounts.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point values, program structure, or discontinue the program at any time.
